I almost did not make the trip up to Monument Valley due to the road conditions. Yet I felt a very strong force pushing me to make ther trip. I was a little disappointed yesterday when I arrived after driving in the snow for three plus hours and found no snow at all at Monument Valley. Even in 21 degree temps this particular morning I was grinning from ear to ear when I found the valley dusted with snow. I think the photography Gods were smilin' down on me
Although the photographic possibilities were endless in the Great Smoky Mountains were plentiful this perfect spider web really caught my attention as the sun rose in the background.
